Hey guys,

I was looking at maybe getting a multichanger off a breaking 156 as there are a few about quite cheap. I have a lot of CD's rather than an ipod so thought it was a good idea.

Firstly, where does the optional blaupunkt multichanger go? Is it boot mounted or underseat?

Also, is the cabling there on the standard car? I would have thought so, but as I dont know where the ultichanger goes I cant see if the loom is there...

Also, is the connect+ navigation head unit required for the multichanger to work or does it work with the standard head unit?

Many thanks guys!!

In my advert here you can see the CD changer in the passenger side of the boot - the carpet is different to acomodate it. If you have the Blaupunkt (2002 on) head unit it can work the changer, but its highly unlikely that the cable will be there.

Connect and Cannect nav unit needed the changer as they dont have CD slots, thats why it was a linked option when new, but you could specify the CD changer without the connect, just not connect without it
