got a facelift 156 lusso jtd , it sits to high , was just about to get it lowered , been out on some country lanes and its catching underneath, is this normal ?

Had planned to lower it 25mm , i just want it to look better not for handling reasons

Alternatively could i fit a 215/50/17 tyre to take up some of the gap ?
