I'm guessing the rusty gash in my rear silencer will be an MOT failure so I'm after a replacement.
I love the current large oval stainless tip and don't want to replace it with a pea-shooter. At the same time I can't justify £300 for a super-dooper one.

Any recommendations?

I like your thinking! It's worse than it looks in the photo, the metal has split and rusted all the way along the seam.

Service and MOT are due soon so I'll let SA have a look at it then, thanks for the reminder about the local experts

I'm sure SA have a place that makes exhausts , I'm sure GTVRob had one made by them for his 155
