Hi, I have just bought a 156 1.8 twin spark. It's a 1998. It has no front fogs, If i find a pair can I just instal them? Will there be a loom for them? Will I need to add a switch or will it connect to the rear fog switch? Will I encounter issues with CANBUS? Thank you in advance.

Wiring may be there. Easy for you to take the surround off and check.
Re the switch, no they have their own separate switch. They are not switched with the rear fogs.

And no, there is no CANbus for the lights.

OK, always happy to help someone with more life experience.
All 156s had front fog lamps. Simply, a Philips headed screw will remove the surround panel. Get a good look at the plastic supporting structure. There should be e or 4 speed clips which you may need to buy so that self tapping screws fix into.

Look at picture of fog lamp switch. Front is with downward pointing beams. A green tell-tale switches on to remind you they are on. Switches are by handbrake.

All UK 156 spec 156 had front fogs, but 156 without front fogs do exist in other markets.
There are different trim panels listed without the fog light hole..... actually, looking at the pics they are simply blanked off at the back...!:

And a different panel with just the rear fog switch:
