Finally got my decatted manifold (and decat pipe) fitted and..... wait for it.......

working properly!!! :D:D

First time i fitted it, it seemed to run "lumpy" below 3k revs and sounded like a tank. Turns out there must have been a fault with my lambda sensor wire extensions. I've now soldered all connections and it runs a treat. Still runs a tad bit rich due to a knackered thermostat, but it's fairly negligible and runs fine around town.
It's a bit loud now though...

Pics to come soon!

Nice mod Ironman. Engine light is on probably due to the lambda fault you had. They stay illuminated even if the fault clears. GTA had the same issue a couple of weeks ago

Unlikely. I sorted the lambda's out when i put the original exhaust back on after it not running right and had no warning light. I've just had the cambelt done by Gaz and it came on after he'd given the car back to me. I'm more inclined to think loose connection or something...

and it's off again!

Car has started to run "lumpy" yet again after a couple of days. Changed the 'stat earlier this evening and no improvement :(

If anyone has any ideas, it'd be much appreciated

No cats between primary & secondary lambda sensors is probably the cause. Solution is to get it remapped by someone that knows what they are doing.
