working on my car and found grease around the inner cv joint area left hand side of car,
stripped drive shaft and cleaned up tripod bearings and cup , found bearing worn and some noticable looseness , will require replacement
(has had work done that side before as boot fixed with tiewaps and not metal clips,)
checking the right hand side and i can just feel some very slight play in the inner joint, is this normal or am I getting paranoid? is it on the way out too? all looks original this side, car @ 80K miles, I know from reading posts that this is recuring thread , any advise welcome
