Usual culprits I'd guess are MAF and coil packs, I'd suggest you have an ignition coil or 2 out.
Easy to check, start with the one nearest the oil cap, as the well can get filled when topping up.
Alternatively, if you can get to a garage, have the fault code read, this should give an indication of the fault.
