Well, the 156 mirrors are different and I discovered that the door is also damaged. Are the doors of the 2 door version and 4 door the same? Maybe I can buy a door already fitted with a mirror? Are facelift doors and series 1 versions the same?

Yes, you can fit doors from a 4-door as long as you don't mind a 25cm gap at the back......... Sorry, that was flippant. Facelift doors are fundamentally the same AFAIK.

Is the damage so bad you really need a new door? Depending where you live, I've got some marine epoxy that would almost certainly be strong enough to repair the mirror.

West Systems make a series of different epoxies for use in a marine environment and they're excellent products. Very often the repaired area is stronger than the surrounding material, but the mating faces have to be absolutely clean and aligned spot-on or it won't work at all.

I used it to repair a front panel and it's still holding good several years later.

Buy another mirror. Given where it's broken it would need to be pinned as well as glued. There's no shortages of cars being broken, you'll be spoilt for choice.
