Just had my car serviced and aircon re gassed. It wasn't working properly when I picked it up so went back, when they added inert gas into system a pop was heard in the cabin and the leak was heard badly inside the car.
Has any one got any ideas what this may be?

You have a hole.

Probably a split evaporator coil or pipe. PITA to change (dash out)

How much pressure did they put in?

I thought as much, they just put in a low pressure of inert gas to test literally tuned the gas canistor on very slowly, this sounds expensive.

The part isn't too bad but the dashout is a very involved job and takes a lot of time so yes this will be quite expensive on labour
