Hi all.
My rear 147 wiper stil works but the problem is the rest point is no longer fixed. I can place it back to it's original position and then works but it finds it's way half way down my boot.
Anyone with any related problems who could help? Thank you

Is it properly fixed on it's shaft? Maybe it's stripped the splines, try and move it by hand, and see if it moves, alternatively there's a red? Gear which may have been stripped in parts

my 3 year old grabbed mine and Almost stripped the splines.... however.

Work out where it should be at rest, remove the nut and arm, de-grease (electrical contact cleaner) the splines on the rotor assy and on the arm, and using some handy quick setting epoxy adhesive (araldite or similar) carfully and sparingly apply it to the maiting surfaces (DO NOT GET ANY ON THE BEARING ON the MOTOR ASSEMBLY) now fit the arm and tighten the nut and leave it over night with the arm up. in the morning re-set the arm. mines been good for the last 2 years now, even with wifey trying to shift a ton of frozen snow with the wiper and traffic light cleaners doing there best to pull it off.
