our 147 was in for it's annual health check, was slightly worried as it's not the most well maintained car and we have terrible roads round here but...

it only went and passed with no problems!!! :)

a couple of very minor advisories, one of which was a small amout of corrosion on the underneath of the floor/chassis.

So, question is, should I treat this with a tin of hammerite or some waxoyl? I've never used waxoyl, is it easy to apply?

wire brush area, easyer to use a wire brush on a drill that will remove 90% of it then spray with some paint that has anti rust stuff in it, I cant remember what its called but i have some undercoat that stops rust and converts it to inert stuff then caot it with some proper tar like underseal :)
