Hi all,
The time has come to say a fond farewell to the Ducati. I'll be putting it on AutoTrader at the tail end of next week (18th ish) but thought it'd be worth putting a note on here first to see if there is any interest from a fellow Alfaowner member.
I'm based in Bournemouth - worth putting that bit first in case you're a million miles away!
The car:
2009 (09) Alfa Romeo 147 Ducati Corse 1.9 JTD Q2
170BHP with Sport button
Metallic Carbonio Black (gorgeous in the sun!)
41k miles
Full service history inc. cambelt change at 29k miles
1 previous owner
Black (with original Ducati decals)
18" wheels
Pirelli P-Zero Nero Tyres all round
Full Ducati logo'd black leather sports interior
Usual extras: Auto-dimming mirror, electric windows, cruise control, dual climate control, electric heated mirrors, CD player
The car is in very, very good condition - always cared for, washed, clayed, waxed.
A couple of bad bits (being picky)
- The wheels could do with a refurb
- There's a small parking ding on the passenger door (grr!)
I owned a 147 JTD (8V) before this and the two are leagues apart - the engine is sublime mated to the Q2 LSD, and the plush interior is a lovely place to be!
If you know the background of this model you'll appreciate how rare it is (only 250 in the country when new) - I've only ever seen one other on the road. Finding one with this mileage in this condition is even rarer!
Reluctantly selling as I now need four doors.
