Hi all

I've got a 2006 1.9JTDM 147 which has autolussos hybrid turbo with some supporting mods but not many (lsd, brakes, suspension) . I estimate I'm running somewhere in the middle of 200-250bhp with a good amount of torque.

The gta clutch is slipping under heavy load and will be getting replaced shortly. I'm probably going to replace it with a clutch from cg motorsport (dual friction). If anyone has any experience I'd be interested to hear how it is.

Im also wondering what else would need done to get some more power out of the car? Would it need a front mount intercooler and bigger injectors? Or a bigger map sensor etc?

I'm replacing the gearbox at the same time (2nd gear synchros broke) is there any other jobs worth doing?

Thanks

It's time to start shopping for a busso once your past 200bhp. Think I might be missing the point.

Ah okay that's more than I thought. I was hoping I would manage more power out of the current turbo with bigger injectors and a front mount. Thanks for the advice though
