If you need good a return on your fuel, get the diesel. I have the multiair (170) and it is punchy but no where near the quoted mpg. I average about 31mpg round town and about 37 on a run. Also the 170 is cheaper to tax and has better mpg than the 120.

I got a great deal from beachdales in derby when I bought my collezione and basically got the MA for the same price as the 120

Saying that though, u had a 120bhp mito and that was quicker than the 135MA that followed it!

But it's an old engine now and felt like it when you drove it. Plus I don't think resale is that great

There's good and bad dealers. When I bought mine, the guy in derby gave me his best price and a px price over the phone. He then emailed the quote to me and told me to think about it but didn't pressure me by saying it was for a limited time or anything. On the flip side, my local dealer wanted me to sign the papers straight after the test drive and wouldn't give me px until he thought I would sign.
