I have spent quite a few quid with Shop4Parts just recently, but when I ordered the auxiliary belt for the 147 I ordered the wrong one, my fault. I phoned up and had a bit of a chuckle with (?), anyway, a new, correct, belt was sent out arriving the following day. Now not only was the belt much cheaper than anyone else to start with, but when I suggested sending back the wrong one I was told, "keep it, the cost of the postage isnt worth it". Two belts, two lots of shipping, S4P could not have made any money on that deal!

First class company, great prices, genuine products and exemplary customer service.

I have also spent quite a bit of money there, and still no bad experiences, even though I have read about a few negative ones as well.

I have always had really good service from them.

They are not always the cheapest, but they are reliable and sell decent stuff.
