Hi everyone.. what is some good value heat wrap that I can use for my cf2 manifolds? Or, does anyone have some just left over that I can buy off them? I don't think I'll ever need any again.. my garage is filling up with random alfa things as it is

I got a message from the dealer that the Carbon Fibre mirror caps had arrived , so I collected them, expecting them to be a wrap. However they are real fibre with dedicated clips and edge moulding. That's why they are not cheap. Next, to weigh the versus the std parts!

Chaps and chapesses, I've fallen out of love with my 159...., it's turned into a money pit. Feb this year had it's mot £250 new pads and inner tie rods, was to be expected. Two weeks later water pump failed, that was another £430, less than a week after that the steering rack gave up the ghost...

When it comes to cleaning a car with a vinyl wrap, is it still the same as cleaning a normal car? Can you still clay, polish and wax it?

Fancied a little change to the front of the 159, and spent 30 mins doing this: http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/motoring-images/338994-carbon-fibre-wrapped-the-front-badge-wings.html I'm pleased with the results. Would have liked to have kept a chrome edge around the wings as in the Brera badge...

Hello all. I have just inherited a set of 159 wing mirror caps in black (thanks perksy ) and want to have a play getting them right for my 159 LE. As the LE has anthracite wheels, the chrome Ti style caps wouldn't look right in my eyes. So have been looking at the possible...

Hey Gents, So my 147 has accumulated a few scratches and chips here and there, I considered doing an entire respray but the cost seems way too high for my budget. So my other option is to wrap the car. :p :p I was just wondering if any of you out there had either wrapped a 147 or any other...

This is one of those "is it worth it" things, that I don't know would fit into the same category of cello-taping over panel seams to improve aerodynamics, or into the category of adding a barn door spoiler to a bicycle to improve traction in corners. (ie, pointless, or downright silly) Would...

Chaps I'd quite like to see what the Brera looks like with a satin silver wingmirror finish, (including the part which moves, and the part which doesn't) Given that I don't want to re-spray them, I'm looking to get them vinyl wrapped. Does anyone know a good place to purchase a small amount...

Hey guys , awaiting delivery of a new Biancospino mito , and I'm really toying with the idea of getting the roof vinyl wrapped in gloss black. Has anybody any experience with having this done , any guidelines on what cost to expect and even any recommended places to get this done/quoted in...

Hi, I was interested in the idea of carbon fibre vinyl trim/mods, today I went to see the company who does my car logo’s and stickers for my driving school, and we had a very long chat. He advised me against this solution. If you use 3M Di-NOC on smooth painted surface they have a life span (6...

Well, After great consideration, i was going to respray my gtv in my garage but use the car too much and knowing me, i'm too much of a perfectionist so i'd be prepping for days! I've decided to order 12 meters of 3M wrapping vinyl in diamond white and will be doing it on my week off at the end...
