At speed the wind deflector on the Spider vibrates or flutters. It looks like its not actually fixed at the bottom. Has anyone else noticed this and found a cure?

My drivers side window won't close, any ideas how to manually close it? The regulator mechanism was replaced a couple of years ago but it sounds like something is stopping it from going up not something electrical. Any ideas? Urgent help needed as I don't have a garage. Cheers.
