My 159 SW washer motor had a bizarre problem
When I pull the stalk towards me I get a small squirt (1/4 second motor sound), then nothing if I hold the stalk in. If I release it and try again a couple of seconds later I get another small squirt. Eventually I have enough water to mostly clear...
So having some issues with my washer jets, they’ve stopped working (the wipers go when I pull the stalk) The tubes are not blocked. Tried replacing the pump the other month only for it to start working again (I put the new pump on, didn’t work, then the old pump back on which then worked).
Got an issue with my windscreen washer bottle ejecting fluid into the engine bay which is making a bit of a mess as I'm trying to keep the bay clean.. I posted over at Stelvioforum.com and haven't had any replies to say anyone has experienced the same issue. However, I reckon most of...
Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the washer system on a 2005 GT (V6 3.2)??
My front screenwash pump doesn't work
No voltage at the pump, wiring stripped back to copper to confirm.
Earth at the pump is present.
Fuse F43 is 30amp and working
Stalks have been replaced for a new set...
Just got myself a 159 Ti, 1.9 JTDm, first time owning an Alfa and enjoying it so far!
A quick query regarding the washer jets, the washers work ok but when they spray the wipers don't wipe automatically, even If I pull the stalk for a few seconds, I always then have to then lift the...
Please could someone let me know where the rear washer hose is located in the engine bay? I know it branches off from the front washer hose, but I can't find where!
I think my rear hose has become detached as the rear washer doesn't work. I can hear the motor working, and the rear wiper...
Hi any info on this head light washer, water is just bubbling out there is no small jet at the tip all works fine but won't spray , can I just get the small end bit or is it a whole thing I need to get thanks for any help
My passenger side windscreen squirter has become more of a water feature these days. Basically sending a very picturesque stream way over the rooftop towards the car behind me.
Last wash I gave it a good scrub with a toothbrush which seems to have made it worse if anything.
Can anything be...
I’d be very grateful to anyone who can help me with this problem. I bought a 2012 Giulietta Cloverleaf and have owned it for 6 weeks. It’s a great car and I’m really enjoying it.
However, the front windscreen washers weren’t spraying so I searched the forums and learnt that the connecting hose...
i have a set of QV bumpers for my 164 with the headlamp washers and i was wondering if its possible to retrofit them onto my Lusso to get them working, i understand the washer equipped models had a bigger reservoir and a seperate pump for the headlamps, but could i just t-piece straight into...
Found this via google search.
The strange thing is I can not find them if I go to the parts world site for the GT or 147 parts.
I have ordered two and it was accepted, let's wait and see.
They are also cheaper than the...
My windscreen washer motor stopped working a few weeks ago. First place I checked for a fault was in the fusebox. The washer motor fuse had blown so I replaced it but the motor still wasn't working. I then proceeded to swap the washer motor out with a generic non-OEM replacement part...
My wife owns a 2014 giulietta and over the winter she tried using her washer jets. After the cold weather the washers still wouldn't work.
I looked under the bonnet at the front washer tube had come off.... Easy fix
I think the rear one has done the same as the water is coming out of...
Someone who can tell me where i find the window screenwash reservoir in the alfa romeo gtv v6 2.0.
I know in the TS versions it is on the richt if you stand in front of your car. But it doesn't seems this
is the right place too look for in the turbo... ??
Is it me or does the 156 have a pathetically small washer bottle.
I seem fill it up just about every other day. In this weather it is blody annoying when you get on the motorway and it runs out a few miles into the journey.
Does this wind anyone else up or is it just me?
