I recently had the alarm sensitivity issue fixed under warranty and today received a questionnaire to follow-up . It apparently goes to one in four service or warranty customers. My feedback was positive despite having to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment with a loan car.

Following on from my Alfa Assist visit the other week, my car went into my nearest dealership 35 miles away. Alarm sensitivity was adjusted, but no software updates installed, they reckon I am running the latest version. While waiting I saw this and would possibly bought it if hadn't done my...

Hello - new member here :) After driving my wife's Mito around the monkey enclosure yesterday, the car is now missing the rear washer jet :( All my searches for threads about the rear washer take me tales of woe of a pipe blowing off the back of the washer bottle under the bonnet after freezing...

Today I went to see the Koenigsegg factory in Sweden, and it was like heaven for a petrolhead like me.. Highly recommended, unfortunately we had to leave cameras/phones outside the holy areas ;)

Over in the NE lounge there has been plotting to arrange a NE run over to Autolusso's Northern outpost, with some usual AO socialising thrown seems to be settling as August 1. I was looking into something similar for my AROC section, so will piggy-back on to this, and thought it...

Our 2011 159 has just had an oil change (it had the error message, "Change Engine Oil") at a reputable indi. The work has been done and the error message is gone but the screen doesn't show any Blue & Me info anymore (recent call lists etc - it just stays on the date and time screen). Has...

I'm sure I'm not the first and probably won't be the last person to head up to Autolusso after reading comments on this forum. Must say that I was not disappointed in the slightest with the service. Also had an interesting game of Alfa top trumps with another owner, comparing the bills and...

Hi Nige Sorry to hijack the forum but I have a visit organised to Cranwell college on Tuesday 19th May. Unfortunately it is a Tuesday morning event which means I have plenty of spare places for those who are retired/on holiday. If anyone fancies coming along it would be great to meet up. At the...

My 12 month old G with 7500 miles, went to Authorised Service Agent (Monza Sport, Ashington, West Sussex), today. Oil and Filter change, Health check, Screen wash, Sealing Gasket, and DFS product for fuel system. I think the latter is not really necessary but having had dealings with them in...

A few of us from the Italian Car Club of the Southwest went to visit our new Alfa Romeo dealership here in the Dallas, Texas area a few Saturdays ago. We had about 8 cars show up and they ranged from a Calloway Turbo GTV6, a GT, several Spiders, my 164 LS and one Fiat 124 spider. We have a...

Happy coz i have my new motor booked into Alfa workshop, for its 72 thou service. It only has 66 thou on it, but am going to France in it this summer, so want it right. Service, cambelt, water pump, and variator. 560 quid, ouch. But worth it, and get to see Alfa workshop. Peace of mind don't...
