    Had a call today from a lovely lady (well she sounded lovely, so lets leave it at that:wink_org:) at Alfa Romeo in Italy, she wanted to know how I was getting on with the Giulia and what I thought of it, not a customer service type questionnaire just a chat really. Highlight of a stressful day.

    When I make a call the default volume is way too loud so I have to turn it down each time. Any ideas if it is possible to amend the default volume?

    Has anyone heard of the inbuilt phone on the 166 Super playing up such that you can phone in or out but no-one at the other end can hear you even though you can hear them? Do the microphones on these cars pack up and where are they?
