Recently my drivers door Window Switch has started playing up, specifically the Passenger Window.
It started happening one day and the wench had to keep her finger on the passenger one to keep the window in the closed position. I could here the switch relay going like a metalist and it was...

Me again had the Alfa 156 1.9 JTD Multi Jet 55 Reg a few weeks now will be changing the head unit soon but still havent solved the mystery of this switch in the car so thought I'd put it out to you guys. As you can see they are near the handbrake pickup and hangup buttons for a mobile...
Hi there, I am planning on changing the heater control switches mounted in the facia under the ICS. Before I change them I am trying to track down my ICS codes as none came with the car.
I have been able to access the CLIM+DARK options, and can see a reference to codes (see pic), can anyone...
I saw another old thread with this topic but no conclusion was reached. whenever i start my 159 (which has Blue & Me) it automatically switches on the sound system. this happens despite me manually switching it off before stopping the car. it also happens regardless of whether or no there is...
My GTV has a strange feature. When you switch the rear Fog Guard the front Fog Lamps also light up.
The front fog lamp switch dosen't work at all when pressed whilst the rear is pressed or on its own.
Can anybody check their GTV to see how the switches should work?
I'm having a problem locking my 1999 GTV 2.0TS. The car thinks the bonnet and boot are open, when they're not.
After reading up on here, I have disconnected the switches for both as it has been suggested that this will trick the car into thinking they're closed. This hasn't worked.
I no longer have the Keys to my 1750 Bert. (RHD) and was looking for a new Ignition Switch. EB spares sell them still, but they are those reproduction ones from China, that both Alfaholics and Classicalfa refuse to sell anymore because they are "very bad" & "dangerous!"
Do you know anyone...
Thanks for everyone who replied to my last post!
I thought things were going well today when I fixed the boot light in the Spider (err.. push the switch to on  )
Then I tackled the interior light problem..
Neither the interior light switch nor the reading light switch do...
i have heated leather in my 166, but i think there may be a fault with the switches..
on the drivers side the seat will warm for about 5 - 10 mins, then the switch pops out, and wont re latch.. the passengers side will latch for about 5 secs then pop out. if you hold the switchs down they work...
Im in the process of moving the majority of my interior buttons around, some people may like them as they are, but for my they are lumpy, ugly and in the way.
like the wing mirror buttons, f & r fogs which i am relocating and the drivers door panel (that big daft window locking button is...
In my experience selespeed paddle switches seem to last about as long as a set of tyres (in my case 14 months / 24,000 klms)
My up-change paddle has recently gone soggy and either fails to up-change, or up-changes by 2 gears. Last year it was the down-change paddle which had a similar fault...
