Am I the only one here that has an issue with the Giulietta sunvisors?
When they are in use they are either sitting vertical straight down so that you cannot see where you are going, or they swing right up to the screen so that the sun shines underneath.
Is there a solution to this other than...
My passenger side sun visor recently broke in that when the passenger pulled it down you heard a 'tear', so I am assuming the spring has gone. Now it just stays down and will not go back to the upright position.
I have ordered a new sun visor, however, I was wondering if anybody...
...they may appear more substantial than previous Alfa
'visors, but they really are rubbish quality.
The elbow metal tube section is just held in by a tiny
bit of plastic that will obviously just break off.
As mine has done.
How annoying.
I did a search, and this was mentioned before, but not resolved, so to speak.
Bear in mind, I am talking about right hand drive Alfas.
My 147, my Dads 166 and a 159 we drove recently all have the extremely annoying feature of the drivers side sunvisor having only three positions...
How is the sunvisor supported in a 147 ?
All I can see is a plastic cover over the fixed end and no screws etc to remove :(
Im looking to replace them or at least modify them to fit a 7" tft screen.
I have a cd somewhere with all of the detals on it but ive no idea where it is to check.
