I have looked at the forum most i about changing exterior handle, but my issue is that my passenger side interior has snapped so need to change it.
Is this possible without remove the door card?
So just that wee surround around the interior door handle?
on my drive to work this morning I heard a squeel and then I could smell burning rubber, pulled up and looked under the bonnet and it looks like the belt has snapped, question is which belt(see pic) and will I need to get the car recovered or will it make it to a garage for a new one.
Some not so great news but at least it didn't take out the tyre
so the question now should I lower it as it does look very high, or just replace the springs.
Does any one have any suggestions to the lowering kit? prices ect.

So I noticed my V6 wasn't running on all cylinders whilst driving earlier, so I stop and had a look on to discover that cylinder number 1's cable had come loose as the plastic end which plugs in by the fuel rail had broken.
I should be able to cable tie it to keep it together, but I'm needing a...
On a V6 trying to remove the front flexi exhaust pipe, I've snapped one of the studs between manifold and exhaust when trying to remove nut. Whats the best way of going about this without taking the manifold off, drill out remaining stud and replace with a bolt?
My timing belt snapped at 82k miles on my 03 plate 147 1.6. The RAC man says that even if I bought the cam and crank locking tools and replaced the head, the engine probably still wont start. Has anyone had any experience of this? Was only travelling at about 12mph coming off a roundabout into...
Guys someone's knocked my wing mirror off on my 147 Ducati Corse :furious:
Been looking for a replacement on ebay - has the wing mirror changed between different models of the 147?
Also they're kind of brushed silver - was this specific to the DC or would a standard silver 147 wing mirror be...
Hi all. Second question of the day,
The cable that attaches to the handle on my passenger seat has snapped, meaning I can't move the seat forward to allow people to get in the back of the car.
I've phoned a few garages regarding this but nobody wants to take on the job. Don't blame them...

RE: Turbo snapped in half +/- engine problems
Dear Alfa Lovers,
I bought a 57 Alfa 159 2.4 Lusso last year and up to now I have been extremely unlucky with this car.
I had a full list of problems including failure of ABS pump shortly after I bought it, power steering failure, cold start...
After discovering that the noise I thought was the sound of a rear spring snapping was exactly that, I'm wondering if it's worth just putting standard springs on or opting for a bit of a drop. The car in question is a 3.2 Q4 SV and it's already due to go in for paint work and wheel refurbs so...
Sadly after only around 25k since last belt was replaced, mine has snapped at low speed. don't know what damage has done but been told 800-1500 to replace / rebuild it. thought about a recon engine or head but don't have the skills so I am selling the car. I'd be gutted to scrap it so I'm open...
In the process of replacing the front ARB, both small studs with 10mm nuts holding the exhaust ali heatshield on the transmission tunnel right above where the cats bolt to the rear pipe sheard. What I need to know before I barrel in with a stud extractor is are they studs or welded...
I was driving my oct 2010 qv the other day and suddenly she lost power and stopped.. There was no loud noises at all just the usual notices on the display(power steering lost etc). There is only 46700 miles on her and she is 4 months shy of the 5 year mark. I have had her serviced...
Morning all, aftercoming home last night hearing a strange rattling type noise from the back of the car i decided to look at the car this morning to find a snapped Ti coil spring on the rear (shock horror i know). Now, I've just spent the earth on my kart so not a good time for this to happen...
Was driving back home from work when the was a sudden squeal and the engine cut out, luckily i just coasted onto my drive. Had a look and the Aux belt had shredded itself but not entirely snapped. Removed the old shredded belt and fitted a new one and the car won't start. OBD2 says p0340...
the one under dash, not at front of hood.
I gave a a firm pull and snap. but I cant find what ever it was that snapped off, could it be the cable?
I don't desperately need to get under there for anything right away but what now?
I did it at night, Ill take some photo's of under dash later.
Set off this morning and could hear a rattling noise from what sounded like engine, so I pulled over. Lifted up bonnet and had a fiddle around and couldn't find anything. Set off again and hear more rattling before something fell off my car from bottom. Put hazards on reversed back to...
