Folks hi ! My 2.0TS Phase 2 Spider has a loose sloppy gearchange. I can select all gears easily and the lever self centers. My issue issue is the very wide travel between each gear can't be right. I had a look under bonnet at the gearbox linkages and found this linkage very loose like its...

I'm told the likely cause is worn gear linkage rubber bushes (top hat). Has anyone experience of changing these 2 bushes? Can they be changed from the inside of the car by removing the gear change lever? Thanks for any advice/tips. Cheers
