I want to remove and refurbish the aluminium kick panels in the door sills. Is it just a matter of prising / pulling it up? It looks like it could bend very easily. Grateful for any advice - thanks!

Hi Guys, Just failed the MOT on rusted outer sills, the part that has holes and capped with Rubber bungs normally. Most of the openings on my outer sill have the rubber bungs but the ones that dont have rusted through from water ingress. Do you know where I can find these rubber bungs? Cheers
