Hi all Changing bushes to powerflex. do i squeeze new bushes in and old ones out or drill bush holder to split it. if drilling can someone either show or explain where to drill and which side so i get it right 1st time . ( yes the bar is in good shape so i wont replace it ) Thanks

Im ordering front anti roll bar bushing for my alfa 156 1.6ts 2003 and was wondering what the diameter of the bushing were or what the diameter of the anti roll bar is?

When i took my car for its last MOT the chap at the garage recomended i change the front rollbar, I asked if i could not just replace the bush's but he said that on the model i have it had to have the whole bar changed which meant dropping the whole cross member and steering rack as you could...

Do the springs and shocks have to come off to replace the above two items, might be a noob question but im thinking about getting some Konis and Eibachs and will get them put on at the same time as getting the above work done if they do. Thanks in advance Regards

Right ok ive looked at the under side of the car and cat really see how to change this and the manual is no help. and as i got given a new one of these thought i might as well fit it. Anyone got any pointers on how to do this. thanks
