Hi guys and gals, I'm using a company in Birmingham called Roar Power to install a new dual exhaust system from the cat back... £400 including fitting! Has anyone else used/heard of these guys before and if so been pleased with the end result? Service thus far has been great and they seem very...

I'd like to increase the noise my GTA makes with regards to the intake note/roar. Anyone got any hints/tips. Would a cone filter work well on a GTA? Cheers all

Hello Alfisti, I have decided that I'm likely going to buy an Alfa 156 1.9 JTD but after viewing a 156 [140] and a GT [150] it has occurred to me that I have no idea what the difference between a healthy and an unhealthy engine is. The 156 sounded less healthy than the GT, but is this to be...
  6. Alfa Giulietta
Just had a nice long test drive in a Giulietta, all seems fine, except I'm a bit surprised at how much Tyre roar there was at motorway speeds. The test car was a veloce with the 18" wheel option, I'm rather hoping that this is down to the wider lower Tyres, any thoughts people?

  9. Alfa GTA
Just had a CDA fitted to my 156 GTA.....the acceleration feels more crisp, and im please so far with the results. The sound isnt quite as raspy or throaty as im used to with other induction kits I have had fitted to my cars in the past, but i believe this may be down to the actualy induction...

My Alfa 156 1600TS has lost power and there has been an associated increase in air induction noise. You put your foot down but acceleration is very slow (and noisy). Steady driving on the flat is fine but going up hills is tedious. I was told it was probably the MAF so I fitted a new...

Ok so I feel I need to ask a question, more for my sanity than anything. Occasionaly when I'm sat at a junction with noone around I love to put the window down bury the pedal into the carpet and listen to that lurvley crackle and bark of the Alfa exhaust as I take off up the road like a scolded...
