Has anybody used the poly mounting inserts sold by eb spares. I find my spider gearstick moves a fair bit on acceleration and deceleration and presumably these would stop this. I've had a quick look underneath and the mounting doesn't look obviously worn. Would stiffening up the gearbox support...

Having fitted a couple of Superflex bushes to the Fiat 500 rear dampers I've had a look at their website and that have a good selection for the GTV (and other Alfa Romeos). Worth look. http://www.superflex.co.uk

Anyone recommend where to get rear bushes for Spider. Mine are on way out so going to replace. Friendly mechanic also suggests that it is possible to buy a full set as a pack, is this worth it? PS this is a 1999 T reg 916 Spider
