Hello guys, yesterday I went to jack my 33 and the jacking point (right rear) collapsed.... it went up about 3 cm. How bad can the damage be?

The plastic square thing in the middle of the photo with the honeycomb edges. If so, is it safe to put a trolley jack on the flat bottom, or does it need some sort of attachment that fits inside it first? Thanks.
