So over the weekend I fitted a new set of discs and pads (Brembo) to the car. Now the actual brake response is better but the initial bite seems numb/soft. I do realise some bedding in is required so my question is how do you bed in your pads and discs
Hi,i intend to replace the front disks and pads, basically doubling the car value in one swift move.
Trouble is,on EuroCarParts and CarParts4Less there is a difference of height, one says 62mm and one says 59mm.
I have no idea which to choose, would all fit?or do i just go to the mechanic only to...

I have gone past 40k miles on my 17 plate Giulia 2.2 Diesel and my rear brake pads/discs are worn, and the fronts at 15%. I have been advised to replace everything, front and back.
Do I need to use genuine parts to avoid invalidating the warranty?
Dealers have quoted me £950 inc VAT...
I´ve to change my brake pads but I never did it before in my car so I don´t know which model are suitable, if I look in brembo website it show two different models but I don´t know which one fits on my car. I want to buy on the internet and it´s annoying to dissamble the wheel and to...
I want to upgrade the brake pads on my Veloce, but EBC do not list any pads for the Veloce, only the lesser powered petrol variants, the Q and (the Europe only?) Q4 which seems to have the same egine. I also saw that the Tarox disc upgrade someone posted about uses the same disks and pad codes...
Just planning ahead a bit and wondered how many miles people were getting out of front brake pads and discs?
Also, does anyone know the standard disc thickness and the minimum?
My car has done about 23,000 miles now and I expect the front pads won't be too far off (although no track days)...
First post so be gentle!
I have recently just purchased a 2010 Giulietta (1.4 Multiair) with the upgraded Brembo brakes. This forum has been a fantastic help so far - however, i am struggling with which pads the vehicle uses. ECP has 'another' sale on, but is giving me two options for...

Trying to work out which front pads I need for my phase 1 1998 GTV. I believe I have the ATE/Teves brakes (calipers are Bendix, please see photos below). There are 2 choices in terms of pad size for Teves:
1) 156.5mm x 52.6mm https://www.bremboparts.com/europe/en/catalogue/pad/P_23_071
I'm trying to buy discs and pads front and rear for my 2009 120TB Mito, but when i search using my number plate on Eurocarparts vs Car Parts 4 less, it's returning different part numbers for the front brake pads.
Has anyone bought from EuroCarparts or does anyone have techspecs/part...
as per title, I need these parts for the 156 jts 05 plate
euro car parts are having a massive sale today and I can get all I need(brembos) for £62.73!! Thing is, when I tried to order the fronts, I required various measurements to identify which discs to order and it was a bit of a...
I have just changed the brake pads for the first time on my 147 and I am now getting a squeaking noise which stops when I apply the brakes. The squeaking only starts after about 5 minutes of driving but then is constant (other than under braking).
I did notice that 1 of the old pads was almost...
Hi, a wee question if i may.
I am needing my front brakes done on my 2016 G, QV Line, when i am looking online i get 2 options ,
1, vehicles with sports pack
2, vehicles without sports pack
How can i tell if my Giulietta has a sports pack fitted?
I have Brembo brakes fitted.
Following some hair raising-moments recently when braking during spirited, but not ridiculous, driving, I'm left wanting for just a little more bite and less fade. I know Ferodo DS2500 are good on V6 as had them mated to Alfaholics calipers on my previous car, but this is quite an...
