I have a 2011 Giulietta 2.0L 140hp. A couple months back I had an issue with the EGR valve, was saying open circuit and position errors so I sourced and fitted a replacement. ABAKUS brand from eurocarparts, about as cheap as I could find. Seemed to work ok at first, but the engine was...
I see mafs for sale on ebay but they are not the genuine bosch item, however they sell for just 30 quid or so. Has anyone got any experience of them?
Im looking for a maf for 2001 166 2.0ts. Should I buy one of these or invest a few more quid in the bosch sensor, which is 90 quid or so...
how do I tell a fake bosch MAF from an original one?
I've read elsewhere that some of them have the direction arrow missing.
any other obvious signs?
I suppopse if its priced at 30 quid and and described as new, its probably fake, since they retail at 95, but suppose its full price and...
yknow what, i just had a look at that vauxhall site, i looked at the omega 3.2 v6, it looks the same, and is 1/2 the price of the alfa one, i did their compatability check, it said it didnt fit, but i bet it does, holden, in australia, supply blocks for the alfa engines and holdens have all the...
Air flow meter for the Alfa 145 146 155 156 GTV Spider
OE Bosch units - bargain.
Dont need one, but ordered for when I do in the future.
They also have OE alternators for about £45 too.
From what I read they are a must avoid. I had some problems with my Phase 1 over the last couple of months which seemed to point at a potential MAF problem. I saw one on ebay with a Bosch part no a couple of weeks ago for £31.00 delivered and bought it. I then realised that I had bought a copy...
Hi all, just wanted to pass on this link to a company selling genuine Magneti Marelli MAFs to fit most Alfas (not JTS unfortunately) for around £55 + VAT + £9 overnight delivery.
They have to be worth a try at this price and MM are a better bet than ebay rubbish...
Does anyone know the cheapest place to get a genuine Bosch MAF from?
I am having problems with my car which may be caused by the MAF, but I am loathe to spend £140 without confirming it first, in case it is something else.
Just traced a severe hesitation on my 2001 156 2.4JTD to a duff MAF. Looking around for a replacement.
Reading numerous posts on this site, advice seems to be to go for a genuine Bosch unit, however they ain't cheap.
I came across a Magneti Marelli equivalent unit for £49.75 plus VAT and...
Shop4Parts have a special offer on some selected MAFs this month. Includes 0280 218 219 (TSparks) and 0280 217 531 (V6)
TS are £79.95 and the V6 is £99.95. You need to add delivery and VAT to those prices though.
Ok so I have been having loads of problems with idle and have heard allot about MAFs and oil from K&N all though I have not got a K&N I thought this was interesting especially since they were offering to help get money back fo customers. Just thought I would share it with you all.:thumbs...
Everyone here probably already knows but Shop4parts are currently doing 0280 218 219part numbered Bosch MAFs for £82.50 exc VAT
Might be a good time for one.
I personally am gutted as I paid £123 for one a month ago!
Has anybody used a Pex Maf?
My local motor factor is selling these at a fraction of the price of the bosch originals.
Only problem is that I bought one today and the car had a huge flat spot . So I have ordered a replacement.
Question is: Am I wasting my time with Pex Mafs ( www.Pex.de) or is...
Seems like a dumb question but?
There is a guy on ebay selling a maf for a 147 with these numbers on it.
F00C 2G2 063
284 10 2 A
The question is, are these compatible with a166 TS 2001?
