Gear knob and gaiter - the nicest OEM gear knob in my opinion
Boot Storage net...
Yes I know, a boot mounted luggage rack on a Spider.... but it's really useful at times!
Anyway, I've got one in my garage that has been sat there for ages and is in need of a new home. It is exactly like this model: Convertible Car Luggage Rack : Summer 142
Mint condition and comes...
What are Giulia and Stelvio owners doing for a key fob? I never have other keys with my car key so don't need a key ring but find the key needs some kind of fob to keep it feeling secure. A bit like a camera needs a strap.
I've got my wife to do a prototype nylon strap so the key can hang on a...
I have just sold my 159.
I still have a couple of new accessories that I never fitted:
1. Bootlid luggage net
2. Side luggage net (I have 2 of these, but they are both for the right hand side of the boot - don't ask!)
If anyone's interested in either / both of these, PM me.
In the manual for my 156 there is a notice that there is a luggage net available from Alfa for a sedan.
I have not been able to find such a thing. Did they mean the sportswagon ?
I always have a spare tank, a first kit and a bottle of oil in the boot, and they tend to rattle about.
Unfortunately I'm not in a position to buy a spider at the moment, but I am favouring one as my rental car when I go to lake garda this summer. One important question though, how much luggage can you fit in the boot? There will be two of us travelling for two weeks, so we'll have 1 medium-large...
Hi everyone, Just joined the forum to ask a question to help me make the final decision on buying my first Alfa. I'm 99% on the way to buying either a 2.0 spider lusso or a 2.0 gtv lusso. The only thing that would make a difference in my final choice is this :- Will I get a suitcase behind the...
Looking at the gorgeous pictures posted elsewhere on the forum of the 8C, some of which show snugly fitted, bespoke leather luggage, I was reminded how difficult it was to puzzle-fit our oddly-shaped holiday luggage into the Brera boot.
Does anyone happen to know if there is a bespoke luggage...
Hello everybody...I've just registred with the forum and have already found out some cool stuff. I'm a long-term Itaian car nut, in order my cars have been...Fiat Panda, Fiat Uno, Fiat x/19 (a cracking little car!), Alfa 164 V6, Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo (awesome!), Alfa 156 Sportwagon and now, just...
I'm collecting my first Alfa on Saturday. It is 2001 156 2.0 TS SW Turismo. The pull-out luggage cover is past it's best and I'd like to know if I have to buy a complete unit and whre is he cheapest place to do so?
Any pointers gratefully received thanks.
Came to load boot of 156 S/W and noticed the luggage cover was all floppy. Thought the Mem-Sahib was responsible for not lining it up properly in the slots. But, no, it's not her fault, the thing really has lost all its 'retractability', and Alfa want c.£200 for a new one.
Is this the only...
Anyone any idea where I can get a cheap replacement luggage cover.... mine's knack'd.
The recoil mechanism isn't working. I've taken the unit apart, and found that one of the plastic stoppers at the end of the main blind spindle has lost it's lugs... so not staying in place... and not giving...
