Busy night tonight, front drop links being replaced (provided Yodel come in time) and having the last 3 car park dings sorted. I’ll post a pic once they’re done. Having to use a friends underground car park because of torrential rain here.
I'm an owner of a 2007 Brera, with Blue&Me (without nav).
Recently I started looking into a way to play music from Spotify, since using mp3s was getting inconvenient.
I uploaded my BMConf.xml file
to the blue&me flash website...
Hi, I've removed the front sway bar on my 1982 gtv and noticed that the sway bar end links are on a slight angle , I should have taken better photos but I can't make out in the photos I've taken do they angle in or out, thanks for any help, cheers.

Re: 96 spider 2.0 ts front sway bar end links rr
Have been lurking for some time but just now took delivery of a 96 spider 2.0 ts here in Dallas.
This car has been on my bucket list for 20plus years and I'm so excited to have the chance to own/drive one!
We also have a 87 spider...
Next job on the horizon....
Hope it will sort out the rattle from the front end. Went for Mayle HD ones via ebay. Worked out much cheaper than euro car parts wanted.
They do indeed look to be good quality and pretty heavy duty. Some photos attached.
Hi I purchased 2 rear drop links for my GT went to fit them today to find the new ones (plastic?) Are 180mm the ones on the car are (metal) 150mm.. I called the motor factors he checked the screen and it seems that the ones I've bought are correct... please can someone shed some light on this...
I'm trying to find the code for my car's original paint. I've found the link to the AR paint codes but without a swatch I'm not sure which one I'm looking for.
The car has been painted at least twice, a burgundy then it's current red but I think it was originally green though it's a shade...
Got the Meyle HD ones as replacements. I'm going to need to get the angle grinder out, aren't I?
BTW, when I was doing the shocks I noticed the exhaust was pretty much rusted through. Any recommendations for replacement? Not looking for SS performance, just a straight swap.
After reading and our chat on adjustable drop links for our lowered Alfa's i thought i best look for some but the ones i found were either cheap crap or very expensive with no guarantee that they would fit . so ive made my own from cheaper drop links as a test and if they pass the test i can...
Wanting to purchase new Aluminati drop links but the question is to whether get them with a rose joint or a ball joint? The price is the same. I was wondering if anyone could provide input on which would be the better way to go.
As title reads ..
Anyone used or using adjustable drop links after lowering . i know it does help some cars after lowering them being able to adjust the bar preload .
But i have no idea about the effect on alfa's and i cant find any information on it.
Any info would be great
Car just failed MOT on rear drop link driver side.
Decided to order both a left and a right, I've replaced the drivers side tonight but the one that came off looks like a nearside, (when compared to the one on the nearside.) (The two came in packaged together so can't go on part numbers.)
I have had some good news tonight. The clunky rattling noise in my car is nothing more than a worn out drop link :D Nice and cheap!
Now I have been quoted £30 + £15 for fitting and part. So £45 all in for 1 drop link replaced. The garage owner told me that I would most likely be...
Hi have had a bit of a knocking noise from the rear for a while, seems to be over slight rough roads and not over large bumps. At first thought it could be trim rattling but nothing seems to cure it, not the spare wheel as have tried without it.
It did have an advisory of very slight play...
I am hunting Down some knocking from the front suspension.
Changed the upper wishbones helped some.
But there is still some knocking.
Thinking about changing the drop links since they are pritey cheep compared to other front suspesion parts.
Is this a simple, bolt off - bolt on type of jobb?
Just a heads up that there is an error with their drop link naming. They should be 'sided' i.e. a left & a right. First Line have twice had left hand Drop links in their RH packaging.
You can actually fit a left link to the RHS, however they sit at a weird angle, I did & it popped out the...
