I've had to make my peace with several realisations in life. I'm not going to be a heavyweight contender, or professional athelete, neither am I going to get my hands on an integrale. Equally my chances of getting some Zender Milanos anymore are less likely than Charleze Theron returning my...
I am now the proud owner of a nice gtg v6, but need to make room for her. This means either my beloved Brera or my integrale goes.
The brera works fine and the integrale needs a little tlc but the integrale is going up in value and the brera is not.
I'll most probably sell the brera with a heavy...
Well, at least according to the article below. ;)
The concept would be shown at the Paris Auto Show in 2016, and the Delta would be made on the Giulietta platform. The car would be 4WD with a possibility to send full power to each axle exclusively, and the engine a new, turbocharged 2.0-liter...
Rhysenna requested that I uploaded some pics of my very rare Lancia Dedra Integrale that I owned during the mid nineties, I've also inlcuded my Delta Integrale (right hand drive version) Lancia Prisma 16v and my alfa romeo spider, amongst afew.
They're scanned photos of the hard copies...
Right, I know it's not an Alfa, but these things are like hen's teeth to try and find so I said I'd throw a post up here in order to try and cast the net as wide as possible, knowing that there's often a lot of cross-over amongst Alfa/Fiat/Lancia owners.
I'm on the look-out for a Dedra...
my hf integrale has devolped a problem, she will start, then stop after about 5 seconds, you can then start it immediately, and again after 5 seconds, it stops.
Its not fuel related as the pump pumps fine
:( :( :( :( Sad day indeed, now the tax is up, the integrale is now going away for maybe a year or two while i get her back to glory, things to do are
Repair 2nd gear synchro
fix oil leaks from various gaskets
sort out rumbling crank
sort out transmission slap
and gain a few more horses...
just done the head gasket and belts etc on my grale, the car has been a pain, but with loads of tlc (and not a lot of money i must confess, touching wood) she is now making me smile from ear to ear.
You get loads of funny looks, from young boy racers who think an old j reg thing is slow, to...
Thought i would put some pictures of my integrale up, i am now replacing the head gasket, so hope to have her on the road in a couple of weeks, i have gone against all the usual advice on buying one but at the moment i dont care. i look out of the window and see her in my drive and i have to...
Ever since watching the deltas in the late eighties, i have always wanted an integrale, and today ive got one.
It does need tlc and most probably cost me more money than i paid for it but right at this moment i do not care
so now my drive has 1 x 156, 1 x gtv & 1 x integrale
this would explain...
Just found out about a Lancia event yesterday in my neck of the woods, so popped down to see the cars:
A few lovely looking Integrales there. As one owner was telling me, 'practical five door family car...'
Wonder if I can convince Mrs. Zulu?
Just wondering if the fact that you own an italian car means you are biased in anyway to them.I:E would you buy any other type of car not italian. My other car is an integrale evo 2.Lancia Delta Integrale EVO II
I've been going on about this for a year now, but judgement day is at hand. I'm buying myself a birthday present of one of the above. All things considered, including financial implications, which would you choose?
Now that I have disposed of my Alfa GT I feel free to explore some new motoring avenues previously closed off to me by my general – and in retrospect silly assumption that you are not enjoying life to the full unless you have a 06 car sitting pretty in the back yard.
