  1. Alfa Giulia
Hi all I have some of the 19" dark 5 hole wheels on the way. Those of you who have bought them, what markings etc are there on the back to confirm they are genuine alfa wheels, rather than replicas? Ive seen a few photos on here, some with ALFA ROMEO, and someone else saying theirs didnt look...

Read this in the news this morning - Anyone on here? From all the cars on the road, to pick on a Brera I thought was quite rare!
  3. Alfa 147, 156 & GT
I was doing some rust treatment recently and came across aluminium tape covering openings in the bodywork. These are the manufactured circular holes into box sections etc, not rust holes. There seemed to be a couple around the rear suspension, maybe others but didn't look any further than the...

Hi All Am I correct in saying best to use leather wipes or a spray to avoid the tiny pinholes in leather seats from getting clogged? Used one of the Meguairs Gold Class Leather products and although the result was great found some areas of pinholes blocked with residual cream. Thanks

Thought I'd try some ram pipes on the Spider. I've replaced the cylinder air cleaner but I need some help with the left overs. The top hose from the camshaft cover I know will need to go to an oil catch tank but what about the large plastic hose on the right that went from the cleaner to the...
  9. Alfa GTV & 916 Spider
Hello! I have 2 holes on each side of my gtv phase 1. It is not a spider. The holes are on the plastic cover under where the seat belt is fixed, at the door. On the left side there is a small plastic line on it so the holes are not visible. What are they for? :D
  10. Alfa MiTo
My 135 MA went in for new seals in the cam cover way back at 18000 miles because the dealer spotted oil in one of the plug holes. I continued to get oil in the plug holes since, so, their fix wasn't much cop unless they just replaced the seal in the plug hole that doesn't get oil it it. I...

Sorting out some junk and have found a set of large hole plastic mat fixings. Just the mat parts, not the studs. Anyone need a set? (I replaced them on a set of mats with the smaller press stud type.)

Hello all, Spent quite a lot of time trawling through old threads about DPF removal, but haven't been able to find a specific answer to my query. I have a 159 Ti 1.9 JTDM. I bought a DPF bypass pipe, which once arrived I discovered had no hole for the temp sensor or pipe for the pressure...
  13. Alfa 159, Brera & 946 Spider
Hi all, I have a 159 2.4 JTdM, which i love, but....no too keen on the DPF (nothing new there then). Drilling the DPF sounds a good plan, but does anyone know how much of the end you can remove, without the light coming on? I.E - can a drill 5 30mm holes 10mm deep, with out issue - or can...
  14. Alfa GTV & 916 Spider
Hi all Wondering if there is a diagram or info I can look for with regards the drainage channels for an Alfa GTV ?? I ask as I get a little drip after I wash the car ... seems to be only on the passenger side footwell .. kind of under the dash? I do have an aftermarket sunroof but that...

Hi I have a 159 lusso with parking sensors fitted as standard. My bumper has a few cracks , scuffs n scratches and i have seen one advertised in a breakers that looks in good condition for £100 which is same colour - my idea ... is to replace rather than get mine resprayed and repaired. I...
  17. Alfa GTV & 916 Spider
 A question that I have been meaning to ask ever since I bought my Spider nearly a year ago: On the top of the windscreen frame,(the rail as I am calling it),on either side are 2 holes - the bottom one is where the hood levers hook into when you have raised the roof. Anyone know what...
  18. The Classic Alfa Romeos
Hi, there's plenty of big holes to keep me busy which im cutting out and welding in patches but there's also quite a few areas where it has only just rusted through and tidying them up means its only about a 10p sized hole back to good metal. My book recommends fibre glass but is this frowned...

Hi all I was having a look under my car and I noticed what looked like undersell pealing off. When I removed it it was more like tape and underneath it there was a hole. It was not caused by corrosion as it was perfectly round like it was factory formed. Any ideas if this is normal. It was on...
