We missed this years Auto Italia as the Alfa is off the road for a while, but that's not the big news. For me seeing that Gaydon is no longer part of the Auto Italia list is the biggest shock. Why has this happened? Brooklands is cool but not 3 times a year cool!

Katy did her usual fantastic job covering the Italian cars outside the venue, but here's a few interesting ones from inside the Museum including some odd protoypes first off a Triumph TR7 Coupe next a car which surely would have sold well if it went into production, a Rover SD1 estate...

I had a lovely time at Gaydon on sunday but only sported 3 other 156 GTAs and one 147. So who was there too? I saw a dark blue/black saloon, a Miro Red saloon both on GTA plates and a silver one on trade plates for sale. Also an Alfa red 147.
