I did say that I would be a pest didn't I heheh. Okay my question this time is are the FSD's okay on the V6 I have read that the car ends up with the rear lower than the front when fitted with these shocks and Eibach Pro Sport if this is true is there a workaround and could someone point me in...
  2. Alfa GTA
I had these fitted to my 156 SW a few months ago. Was delighted with the improved ride, and slightly lower stance. However... I had to load up the boot last week with stuff for an exhibition, and it continually was bottoming out on the rear (onto the bump stops I presume?). It was not a...

Hi all Just wanted to share my problems with fitting Koni FSD dampers on my GT 3,2. First the decision was to mount original springs with the FSD's as Koni says this is the best solution. Once mounted i had a bit of a shock. The front was suddenly raised about 15 mm compared to the back. Not a...

Hi Guys, This is my first post on Alfa Owner forums, although I've been a member since i bought my Red 156 GTA back in June I think it was. My question is this, whilst i know many of you do have the FSD/Pro kit set up, does anybody have any before and after pics of this set up on a 156 GTA to...

I noticed a lot of you are running FSD dampers with Eibach pro springs. I was wondering if you can use them with standard springs? I had Eibachs on my civic type R and they made awful grinding noise when low speed turning ie parking. Does this happen on the GTA also? Cheers Damian.

I've got my car in at Bianco's at the moment having FSD's and a Supersprint BB fitted. I thought I'd do the right thing and phone my insurance company (More Than) who I pay a reasonable £450.00 fully comp, including my good lady, and declare the mods. - Actually I forgot about the Supersprint...

I have been trying hard to locate a Koni FSD for my 2001 Alfa 2L in Malaysia but they all only carry the Koni Sports version. Anyone here can possibly suggest where you can find the FSD?

2 Months ago I bought my 147jtd 16v, my 2nd alfa. It's been very very well looked after & I'm over the moon with it...apart from the FSD's it came fitted with... Its also fitted with Eibach Pro springs (30mm lower) and granted the Shocks are about 3 years old now, but they really don't seem to...
  15. Alfa GTA
Right then – I have spoken to a good friend of mine who also happens to be a well established supplier of automotive components and if we, as a group of Alfa Owners can confirm at least 5 firm orders for the supply of a set of Koni FSD dampers (Part number 2100 – 4081- listed to fit a 156 GTA)...
  16. Alfa GTA
Hi anybody got experience of both the above dampers on a 147 GTA, probably going to go for these over the koni sports adjustables. I'm primarily looking for an increase in ride comfort and hope the FSDs will give me this, been in touch with larkspeed and they've given me a good price on the...
