I'm getting annoyed with the constant cracking of my 18 inch Jet fin alloys and am considering purchasing a set of Blackline Alloys. Can anyone tell me if these are any less susceptible to cracking? Or will I just end up with the same issues?

Has anybody fitted one? I thought most would come with a hole in the bottom so they could fit over the original aerial base, but many of them don't and are flat bottomed looking at pics. There's some real carbon fibre ones on eBay! Not bothered if they're dummy ones or functional. Sent from...

Information please, does the blue & me phone rely on the standard aerial for it's reception. Can I fit shark fin aerial to my GT ( the functional type that fits over the original base) Thanks in advance fro any info.

I thought that I'd replace the mast type aerial on my Alfa with one of the above, but the guy that does my electrical work refused to fit one. He stated that he had not heard anything good about them and that the reception was generally poor. Does anyone have a car with one of those arerials...
