Lots of my previous cars..including my Jeep have foot well lights that go on and off with the courtesy lights. I have some little LED lights that are not too bright and look like they will do the job. I don't want to run wires right down from the ceiling lights (will if I have to) so does anyone...

Hi everyone, As a sidestep to my other repair thread - I need a new oil feed pipe for turbo in 2.0jtd GT. AJUSA ones on eBay are £70-£100... Does anyone know a cheaper way to solve this problem? Cheers,

From what I understand, by reason of the High Pressure (HP) oil feed pipe to the turbo's proximity to the turbo itself, it gets extremely hot, cooking the oil inside it which forms carbon deposits, restricting oil flow. The solution is the revised part from the Giulietta which is shielded...

Looking to see if there's a permanent 12v supply which isn't switched off by the body control module in the cabin. Even better if there's an ignition switched one too beside it. Car's a 2015 120hp 1.4. Thanks.

Evening all, I have ordered the oil feed pipe upgrade for my 1750 159's turbo but I was wondering can I change it from above? Reason is I did the oil change and other work under the car this weekend and I forgot about the pipe change. I'd rather not have to get under and take that bloody tray...

Hi guys, A quick one for you: I've got a 156 CF2 V6 with a CF3 3.0 engine that came off a 166. When swapping engines, my mechanic used the original CF2 fuel rail and injectors (yellow ones) as well as the 2.5 intake runners. Now I've gotten hold of a set of CF3 red injectors and fuel rails...

Howdy All, 3 questions I'm hoping the wisdom on here will answer easily... 1. Does anyone know where to get the top engine mount from, I cannot see any apart from PowerFlex bushes. If I go for these how difficult is it to get the old parts out? Do I need a press? Do the PowerFlex ones need a...

Has anyone removed the plastic gauze filter from the turbo oil feed banjo bolt.? I know they can block up easily and kill the turbo so was going to remove it but concerned incase it lets too much oil pressure to the turbo and blow the seals. Thanks

Buried deep in some other threads is the suggestion (Ransoman?) that the MA Unit feed filter should be serviced occasionally. My 2011 (reg 31/06/11) MA has done about 48,000 miles and will soon be due the 54,000 service (the initial service was at 24 months rather than 18,000 miles) so the...

Modified Turbo Oil Feed Pipe Seems Alfa has modified the Turbo Oil Feed Pipe, perhaps back in 2013! I'm always wanting to reduce the likelihood of any premature engine failure modes given the increase tuning places on the power unit, so I have brought the new, now solid turbo oil feed pipe...

Was having a look at the engine bay this morning and noted this broken pipe feed. Will bring it in to Alfa on Monday. Anyone know what the feed is for? And whether it is safe to run at the moment.
