@cue2 I understand the risks of posting this. I prefer to match the symmetry of The rear of car and not the asymmetry of the front. Also I prefer to match the instrument display.
@All, I am sure I have read just about all threads on this topic over the years and can’t...
Fake News is the buzz of the moment. It’s everywhere and touches everything.
Therefore it’s about time we start our own Alfa Giulia Fake News thread ?

I would really appreciate your advice on a set of rear and front disc rotors (Ferodo Premium Coat + their set of pads) I bought from ebay from the seller Autosessive online store with regards to the authenticity. The seller claimed 100% original parts with a year of warranty...
Just getting some last minute jitters before I pick up my Brera Prodrive from LoveAlfa.
They assure me it is a genuine Prodrive but I'm somewhat worried because it doesn't come with its certificate.
The car is an S on its V5 and has everything it should ..
Yellow Prodrive bilstein dampers...
After seeing a Brera in the local B&Q car park wearing the "S" badges, I had a closer look and saw it was a fake - no insert on the seats & tatty 17" wheels.
There have been other comments that cars aren't a genuine "S", so anyone have an idea how many fakes there are around?

Hi, does anybody know how a proper Bosch maf is packaged or how to spot a fake one.
I have bought one for my dads car advertised as genuine Bosch and it has arrived in a sealed plastic bag inside a plain brown box, It does say Bosch on the item, moulded into the plastic housing and the part...
how do I tell a fake bosch MAF from an original one?
I've read elsewhere that some of them have the direction arrow missing.

Missing the plastic bit (fake air intake?) from the off (drivers) side on the bumper of my P2 V6. See the attached picture.
Does anyone happen to have one available or know where I can get one?
Also missing a small triangle section from the near side front fog light, but I have seen...
Ive read that you can fit fake cats to fool the ECU to prevent the engine fault light coming on? Any ideas what this is?
I would really like to decat my 2002 147, but dont want to loose any gains by the ECU detecting the fault. Can the ECU be modified to prevent this? Are the gains worth it?
I purchased my (genuine) Ti from Veloces in Dec '10, during my daily visit to pistonheads I've noticed that they are selling a lot of lesser spec 159's as 'Ti spec'.
To the untrained eye they may look similar to the Ti but in my opinion flogging a lusso with aftermarket 18" wheels, wing...
I have been thinking for sometime what the rear of my GTV would look like with a black diffuser. After all the rear valance/bumper has the shape of one. So after following a 405 Coupe home the other day which had a black diffuser, I thought 'what the hell' do it!
Now play nice...:tut:
I have a set of the Zender Siena 17" wheels for my GTV/916, but they require refurbishment. Despite of the bolts around the circumference of these wheels, the wheels are actually one piece - the bolts are for cosmetic purposes only. However, I would (of course) before the refurbishment...
