Had my 156 1.8 SW for 14 years - it was a few months olds when I bought it. I've been a lurker on this site for years and have found so much great advice to help me resolve the foibles of running an Alfa. I don't have another car so I'll take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all those...
Having recently purchased a 2007 Spider 2.4JTDM I am keen to meet up with others who know more about Alfas than I do (which isn't much!)
Are there any meetings in Dorch/Weymouth/Poole in the near future?
I also have a little weekend place near Cirencester so are there any weekend...
Got my 2003 GTV 2.0 Lusso back from Autolusso (Dorset) last week and they have done wonders!
They had it for a couple of days last month too and what was a sluggish, unresponsive, back-breaker of a car going in, has been transformed, or rather restored, into the gorgeous, responsive, pokey ride...
I have planned a nice run out - hopefully in the sunshine, along the Dorset Coast. Hopefully we can muster more than 3 cars this year
Meet at Avon Heath Country Park - Fern down, just off the A31 -->...

Who could do me & Scot Jarvis a favour please:confused:
Basically, we're swapping car covers but the are quite bulky so will cost a fortune to post.
If anyone would be willing, please let me know:thumbs:
Reward will be beer tokens or karma:)

The 15" Zenders aren't particularly my cup of tea but each to his own: Alfa Romeo 164 Cloverleaf 12 valve For Sale (1992) on Car And Classic UK [C362659]
Seems a reasonable price if, as stated, the cambelt has been done recently and there aren't any hidden horrors underneath.
As I sit here in rac van being recovered after clutch went near bridport.

There was one in Dorchester and also Taunton but they seem to have gone.
Summer 2013: I know this might seem premature (especially as we haven't even had a Summer in 2012 yet!) but thinking of next year......
Every summer a number of seaside resorts hold ‘free’ car shows - the idea being to entertain tourists and thereby encourage both tourists and participants to...
