Been watching on Quest recently and being a bit sad I check the MOT history. Given that they discount the many man hours put into these projects and still don’t make a massive amount on them, you’d think they would be a good buy. Nearly all last for less than three years before they fail their...

UK Alfa Dealers each used to have a unique 'Vendor' Code (maybe they still do?). I think it was 4 digits? Does anybody know what they were/are or have a link to them? Many thanks.

Does anyone have any tips? Leasys (PCH) say the 2nd sevice on my Giulia Specialie has to be at a main dealer and that makes it £500. Has anyone got it cheaper? Or the 18in tyres for that matter (£450 fr, £500 rr)? Any advice appreciated! It's a bit much and is putting me off getting another one.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and about to move to London permanently for work. As I'm new to the city, could you let me know which dealers I should avoid and which would be reliable. I'm intending to purchase a new Giulia QV. Thanks!

Hello - after many years of reading various posts on here both positive and negative I felt it is now time to express my Alfa experience. I have been a Giulietta owner for 6 years and currently on my 2nd, a 2016 Speciale 1.4, which is by far the best car I have ever owned. It has never missed a...

Hi Everyone, im now a Kspec dealer, so you can contact me if you need a tune for your Alfa. I have had Kspec software on my car since ownership of my MitoQV, and now on my GQV, both cars have run flawless for many years, and up to date they still do with no issues. Both have had performance...

I recently had the alarm sensitivity issue fixed under warranty and today received a questionnaire to follow-up . It apparently goes to one in four service or warranty customers. My feedback was positive despite having to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment with a loan car.

When the Giulia was launched Northgate Alfa Romeo closed their Alfa Romeo specific showroom and amalgamated with the larger Northgate Garage Fiat/Jeep site. I had a letter from Northgate Garage last week saying that they will no longer supply new Alfa Romeos. Canterbury used to be an Alfa...

I bought my Giulietta QV last year August, its a 2014 model and I love it but as you do at some point I have had to change the tyres and to my surprise the TPM sensors are missing. I duly rang the dealer I bought if from and was basically told tough and I would have to pay for them to be...

Is anyone able to recommend a good dealer to look at my Giulia QV for warranty repair work based in or around the Midlands area? Currently have a fault code stating low fuel pressure and seems to be the fuel pump. Having read of a few owners terrible experiences with AR dealers/aftercare...

My G MA 170 is due for MOT and service; 4 years, only 24000 miles. Last year I took it to an Alfa dealer (was under warranty) and wasn't particularly impressed by them - they broke the engine cover, so I had to go back to get that replaced, didn't fix the rear doors/windows letting rain in to...

Hi I’m looking to buy a Giulia but there isn’t an Alfa dealer in Edinburgh any longer. My nearest are both Arnold Clark garages in either Paisley (where I had a test drive yesterday) or Aberdeen. Could anyone recommend a particular dealer or should I just use carwow to get the best discount...

Anyone managed to ask the dealer not to wash their Giulia QV from new? I am looking to get a professional detailer clean the car from new.

Where does everyone get there 'in motorplan' service and repair work done these days? I phoned Arnold Chatz Hyde Park yesterday and as of 1st January 2019 they are no longer doing any warranty or motorplan work. I've been going there since 2004 and I'm at a bit of a loss as to where to go for my...

Hi there About a year or so ago, my car's turbo blew and was replaced by my local dealer. While they were doing this a little bit of oil was spilled onto the electric window buttons on the driver's side. The buttons were initially fine but have now become stiff. They are still usable and...

My Giulia is approaching its first birthday, so due for an oil change etc. Early last week I received a letter from Westover, whose Westover Sports Cars branch in Poole supplied my car. They were telling me about a "new" dealership, in conjunction with their Jeep place in fairly nearby...

Hi all So you may see my update that my journey of joy and sorrow followed by more joy just became super excitement as I was told today I can get my Giulia in the next two weeks, 2.5 months earlier than I was told. Anyway to the point, I have seen lots about getting the dealer to dial the...

So on the 18th of March I took delivery of a 2015 Fiat 500S 1.4 with 17000km on the clock from Grand Central Midrand. At the time I requested that ONLY the manufacturer maintenance plan be extended for an additional 2 years because the standard 3 year plan will run out in June. This was despite...
