The following buyers guide applies to all Alfa 147/156/GT cars.
In terms of an entry level supercar, nothing comes close to the Alfa 4C. I receive more attention driving the 4C than I do in any Ferrari, Porsche or Lamborghini.

If you are buying a MiTo 170 QV with registration MJ61FXU, check that MA unit errors have been cleared and fixed, Error codes 1061 and 1063 reported. It goes into limp mode in morning and runs rough for a minute, but work fine afters a few minutes all be it without full power. Engine management...

I am currently looking to buy a used 147 1,6 03'-05'. It will be my first Alfa, so I am not that familiar with it's strong and weak sides. What should I be on the lookout for when buying a used 147?
I have heard that the cam belt needs to be changed every 60.000 km or three years.
