Can someone give me instructions on how to cnahge the belt by myself. Do I need special tools? Engine needs to be removed ?

Hi there everyone, I seem to hear a noise ("tick") when driving, especially when changing gears. It comes from the right front under the arch. Could it be my shocks that are worn or perhaps the tyroid-n? Thanks, Conrad
