alfa 156 v6

Good day all hope somebody can help me this is a mistery alfa romeo 156 model 1999yesterday when we started the car the indicator,electrical windows ,interior fan,mirror ajustment stopped working and the km meter reset and that one if you press it to get the temputure it also do not want to work.
