How do you change the level at which the volume comes on, for the standard 147/gt HU ? I've done a search and even read the manual! Every time I start the car the HU comes on but at volume level 20, so you have to turn it up EVERY time.

Is the MP3 stereo from the GT interchangeable with the non-MP3 stereo from a 2009 147. I'd like to have a factory stereo that can at least play MP3 cd's but I've noticed that the MP3 stereo is a darker shade of silver/grey than the 147 non-MP3. Is this right or are they all the same shade of silver?
