Built in Pretoria, SA, & registered 1963. Sent from Milan to SA in CKD form as they were at the time. Painted and assembled in the Pretoria Plant. Imported to the UK in 2014.Began sorting it in earnest Jan 2017. Passed Mot May this year.
1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti (Bianco Spino)
Newly rebuilt 2000cc engine by Alan Bennett of Benalfa, now run in and fitted with C & B cams, original, recored + 30% bigger core radiator, 40 DCOE's on billet mounts. Hi torque starter, 123 distributor, Mitsuba fuel pump.
Ti Super three instrument dash, steering wheel, door pulls. Period Kangol Magnet seatbelts. Berlina seats to be replaced with Ti Super repro seats when funds allow.
Ti Super specific bits removed and added, inc headlight grilles & badging. Bumpers removed.
Harvey Bailey front springs and 29mm a/r bar. Adjustable upper arms with about one degree of negative camber . Polybushes in the right places. Lowered rear. Koni Red Adjustables all round. Ferodo DS2500 brake pads. Limited slip diff. No rear bar.
