Does it smell by you

Its smelt of cow dung round Wednesbury today

speaking to friends and family it also smells the same in West Brom ,Tamworth , Curdworth

and Wolverhampton .

Curdworth doesn't surprise me, being that close to one of the largest waste water plants in the UK! We used to live in Minworth and it didn't half pong in Summer!

I grew up in Wishaw & Curdworth and it never smelt down there


My best mate used to live in the Bungalow thats now the Kingsley pub and it never used to smell there either and that virtually opposite the s**t farm.

Just down from the pub there's a development of flats (was probably a farm back in the day) called "The Greaves" we lived there from 03 to 04 and on warm days with the wind in the right direction, there was a definite whiff!

Yes it was, used to play at the old farm as a nipper.


Strange that the smell always went Minworth way .

The plant stretches back to Castle Vale and Water Orton and you could never smell it there either .

Well Water Orton is too posh for a pong and the 'Vale' you can't smell it over burning cars
