Alfa's in Telford

Is it me or are there more and more appearing in Telford, pass at least 4 a day to and from work and i dont travel far, theres Mito's and Giuli's on our estate with a couple of 159 but seem to see a lot of GTV as well... 1 passes me every morning on way to drop kids at school in Priorslee and pass another leaving work on Hortonwood (apologies for not waving last time) oh and of course one of my colleagues has just had a Giuli' too....

I often see a few GT as well a black one and a blue one at lunchtimes if i pop home...

Just a pity we dont have a local Indepandant Specialist in Telford/Shrewsbury area... or do we and I donot know about it???

Past 1999 - Grigio Chiaro, 156 2.0 T-Spark SP1 - 2007 - Strombolli 159 1.9JTDM LUSSO SW + Alfatune DPF Removal/Map --- Present 2005 - Strombolli GT 3.2 V6

Pity they're miserable *******s!! Honestly I've had more waves in my 5 in the 4 weeks I've had it than I did in my 4 years of Alfa ownership.

Simply Alfa's is only half an hour away.

GTV V6

I'm in Telford and my GTV V6 will be up and about from next week - bought in November last year as a weekend / fun car - just finishing off some minor paintwork, machine polish and a thorough cleaning of the arches - nearly in a state that I'm happy with

Will look out for it... I was the same with my GT bought last July and only comes out garage for 6 months. Due out in 13 days Had got loads of work planned on it but the 159 may need another clutch so just hanging on to the cash at the moment... Generally it's very good but there a few little chips etc that need doing plus wheel refurb, New top arms and would love to upgrade suspension and add duplex exhaust etc...

No Tom. I used to see your old 147 quite a lot usually on M54, but have to say I haven't seen the GTA.

Do a lot less miles nowadays especially at weekends, used to drive round with the little one when she had her midday sleep for an hour each day but she doesn't have it now... Shame because I used to like having an hour drive each day over the weekend!

It is funny that I never used to see any Alfa's, but since I picked up my 147 a year back I see lots of them, a regular 2 or 3 in the Telford/Wrockwardine wood area for a starters.

I took mine for it's 84k service to Simply Alfa's on Saturday, nice guys and the GF did a bit of shopping while it got done .

GTV TS

I was somewhat amazed to see a Silver Phase 3 GTV trundling along Newport high street this morning....Never seen one of them in the flesh before let alone in the wilds of rural Shropshire
