family meet

hi guys
I am going to try and organise a family wm/swarm alfa meet, its for all the WAGS and kids who what to come but can't come to the meets or missed out on monkeyfest.
what i propose to due is go to bidford-upon-avon which has a large field so we will have plenty of room and i belive you can have bbqs aswell.
we could make a day of it play footie/rounders and generally have a good day, fire the barbie up for dinner and tea (depends on how long people would want to stay)
if i get plenty of interest then i will ask mr evel to do a proper rsvp thingy.

it will be open for everyone even if you don't have a wag or a kid, but remember it is a family day so if you have a potty mouth try and keep it closed as some parents don't like bad language if front of their kids

so guys tell me what you think, will try to arrange for mid to late july time

thanks again
Leigh
